Hubert Fossey vs Loke Carling

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/01/2042 from Montreal, Canada:

The Montreal venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hubert Fossey (35(1) - 8) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Loke Carling(1 - 4) from Stockholm, Sweden.  

Round 1: 

Fossey connects with a left hook.  
Fossey lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Fossey closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Fossey lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Fossey clinches his opponent.  Fossey is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Fossey and breaks the clinch.  
Carling pivots from in front of his opponent.  Carling is on target with a jab.  Carling attempts to land a jab, but Fossey blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Fossey hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Fossey is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Carling connects with a sharp cross.  
Fossey drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.  
Fossey connects with a firm right uppercut.  
Fossey steps inside.  Fossey pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  
Fossey lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Fossey walks Carling down, trapping him on the ropes.  Fossey lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Fossey advances into close range.  Fossey sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Carling sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Fossey lands a jab.  
Carling hits home with a right uppercut.  
Fossey is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Fossey hits home with a left hook.  Fossey holds on to his opponent.  Fossey tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Carling's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Fossey is on target with a solid right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Carling throws a right uppercut, but Fossey holds on to his opponent.  Carling is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Carling about fouling.  
Fossey is looking to close the distance.  Fossey quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Carling throws a right hook, but Fossey holds on to his opponent.  Fossey is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Fossey pushes his forearm into Carling's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Fossey about fouling.  
Carling switches the action to the outside.  Fossey connects with a sharp overhand left.  
Carling drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Fossey steps inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Fossey hits home with a firm left hook.  
Fossey lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Fossey pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.

Fossey forces Carling to retreat into the blue corner.  Fossey hits home with a cross.  
Fossey is looking to close the distance.  Fossey pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Fossey throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Fossey holds on to his opponent.  Fossey uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Carling's kidney.

Carling sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Fossey lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Fossey connects with a left hook.  
Fossey is on target with a solid right hook.  
Fossey advances into close range and is on target with a stinging left hook to Carling's liver.  
Fossey lands a left hook.  
Fossey steps inside.  Fossey pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a sharp left hook.
