Paul Foyle vs Mark Kemp

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/02/2042 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Paul Foyle (55 - 6) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Mark Kemp(1 - 16) from Melbourne, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Kemp throws a left hook, but Foyle ties up his opponent.  Foyle is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Foyle to stop fouling.  
Foyle hits home with a stinging left uppercut.  
Foyle gets on the inside.  Foyle backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Kemp accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Foyle.  
Foyle lands with a hard jab.  
Foyle lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Foyle gets on the inside.  Kemp tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Foyle lands a firm left hook.  
Foyle lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Foyle steps inside.  Kemp pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kemp throws a left hook, but Foyle ties up his opponent.  Kemp leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Foyle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Foyle is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Foyle lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kemp strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Foyle closes the distance and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Foyle advances into close range.  Kemp is on target with a left hook.  
Kemp lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Foyle finds the target with a jab.  
Foyle hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Foyle closes the distance and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Foyle holds on to his opponent.  Foyle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Foyle uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Kemp behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Foyle's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
