Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/02/2042 from Eugene, USA:

The Eugene venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Tariq Hashem (25 - 8) who hails from Portland, USA and Callum Purvis(1 - 8) from Oxnard, USA.  

Round 1: 

Hashem steps to the outside.  Hashem quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a stinging cross.  
Hashem switches the action to the outside.  Hashem feints a cross, and then lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Hashem steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.

Purvis closes the distance and forces Hashem to retreat into the corner.  Purvis is on target with a right hook.

Purvis throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Purvis and breaks the clinch.
