Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/02/2042 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cody Hesson (19 - 16(1)) who hails from Miami, USA and John Dalangin(1 - 9) from Caloocan, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Hesson lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

Hesson sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Dalangin digs in a right uppercut to Hesson's ribcage.

Dalangin manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Hesson lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Dalangin is on target with a right hook.  
Hesson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Dalangin throws a right uppercut, but Hesson clinches his opponent.  Hesson pushes his forearm into Dalangin's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hesson lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Hesson closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Hesson lands a sharp cross.  
Hesson finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Dalangin is looking to close the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Hesson throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Hesson clinches his opponent.  Hesson leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Dalangin uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Hesson's kidney. The referee warns Dalangin and breaks the clinch.

Dalangin lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hesson lands a firm left uppercut.

Dalangin sidesteps to the left of his opponent and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Hesson's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
