The Cairo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gazi Eldegheidy (2 - 2) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Zuffur Ashhad(43(5) - 17(2)) from Port Said, Egypt.  

Round 1: 

Ashhad lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Eldegheidy feints a cross, and then attempts to land an overhand right, but Ashhad blocks the shot and counters with a weighty left hook.  ELDEGHEIDY IS HURT!  
Ashhad closes the distance.  Ashhad senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Eldegheidy and just needs the right shot.  Ashhad connects with a nasty right hook.  ELDEGHEIDY IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  Eldegheidy now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Ashhad digs in a left uppercut to Eldegheidy's body.  
Ashhad sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Ashhad pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Ashhad pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a nasty left hook.  ELDEGHEIDY IS HURT!  
Eldegheidy now seems to have his senses back.  
Ashhad pivots to the left of his opponent, but Eldegheidy is on target with a right uppercut.  
Eldegheidy switches the action to the outside.  Ashhad hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Ashhad closes the distance and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Eldegheidy steps to the outside and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Ashhad lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Eldegheidy steps away from his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Ashhad is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Ashhad pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Ashhad pivots to the right of his opponent.  Eldegheidy attempts to land a left hook, but Ashhad sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Eldegheidy's body.  
Ashhad walks Eldegheidy onto the ropes.  Ashhad pivots to the side of his opponent.  Ashhad lands two left uppercut's to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND SENDS ELDEGHEIDY SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Ashhad clinches his opponent.  Eldegheidy pushes his forearm into Ashhad's face.  The referee warns Eldegheidy and breaks the clinch.  Eldegheidy quickly recovers. 
Ashhad lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Ashhad pivots to the right of his opponent.  Ashhad tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Ashhad lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Ashhad closes the distance.  Ashhad pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a mean right uppercut.  ELDEGHEIDY IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Ashhad!
