Boxing Daily Report from the China National Finals 2042,  taking place on 14/03/2042 from Dongguan, China:

The Dongguan venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yo Ngoi (8 - 2(1)) who hails from Xian, China and Lao-Tzu Wu(45(20) - 10) from Hefei, China.  

Round 1: 

Wu attempts to land a cross, but Ngoi slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Wu closes the distance.  Ngoi throws a left hook, but Wu ties up his opponent.  Wu is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Wu's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Wu steps inside and is on target with a solid left hook to Ngoi's ribs.  
Ngoi digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Wu digs in a solid right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Wu digs in a right hook to Ngoi's body.  
Ngoi steps to the outside.  Wu hits home with a firm cross.  
Wu advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Wu throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Wu tries to land a jab, but Ngoi sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Wu advances into close range and drives a solid right hook into his opponents ribs.  Wu ties up his opponent.  Ngoi pushes his forearm into Wu's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ngoi to stop fouling.  
Ngoi switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Wu is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Wu steps inside and is on target with a sharp left hook to Ngoi's liver.  
Ngoi tries to keep the action at long range.  Ngoi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Ngoi sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Wu lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Wu is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Ngoi on the ropes.  Ngoi throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Wu clinches his opponent.  Wu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Wu throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Wu lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Wu lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Wu thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Ngoi away.  Wu lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, AND NGOI IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Ngoi throws a right uppercut, but Wu holds on to his opponent.  Wu pushes his forearm into Ngoi's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Wu.  
Ngoi tries to keep the action at long range.  Ngoi could be stopped here, if Wu can find the right shot!  Wu lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING NGOI DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Wu crashes a DESTRUCTIVE right hook to his opponents body.  NGOI IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE NGOI CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Wu!
