Bruce Bricken vs Ewan Magaw

Boxing Daily Report from the Bahamas National Finals 2042,  taking place on 17/03/2042 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bruce Bricken (22(3) - 12(2)) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Ewan Magaw(15 - 9(1)) from Nassau, Bahamas.  

Round 1: 

Bricken closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Bricken tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Bricken forces Magaw to back into the ropes.  Bricken drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Bricken is looking to keep his distance.  Magaw tries to land a jab, but Bricken sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Bricken gets on the inside.  Bricken sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Bricken steps inside.  Bricken pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Bricken is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook to Magaw's ribs.  
Magaw sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Bricken drives a firm right hook into Magaw's body.  
Bricken attempts to land a jab, but Magaw slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bricken switches the action to the outside and hits home with a solid overhand left.  
Magaw walks Bricken into a corner.  Magaw hits home with a firm cross.  
Magaw drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.  
Bricken is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Bricken lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Bricken lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Bricken manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Bricken lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bricken sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Bricken advances into close range and attempts to land a right hook, but Magaw sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bricken lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Magaw recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bricken advances into close range.  Bricken pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.

Bricken steps inside.  Bricken pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a right hook into Magaw's body.  
Magaw is looking to close the distance.  Bricken lands a right hook.  
Bricken manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Bricken lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Magaw lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Magaw connects with a cross.  Magaw throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bricken gets on the inside and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Magaw lands with a ramrod jab.  Magaw throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bricken lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Bricken lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Bricken walks Magaw down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bricken is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Bricken connects with a WICKED right hook.  MAGAW IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  It looks like Magaw has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Bricken steps to the outside and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Bricken closes the distance.  Magaw lands a left hook.  
Magaw attempts to land a left uppercut, but Bricken sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Bricken lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bricken pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Bricken digs in a stinging left hook to Magaw's liver.  MAGAW WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Magaw quickly recovers. 
Bricken lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bricken tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Magaw connects with a left hook.  
Bricken gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  Bricken clinches his opponent.  Magaw leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bricken lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Magaw could be stopped here, if Bricken can find the right shot!  Bricken digs in a forceful left hook to Magaw's body.  MAGAW IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Bricken!
