Ramirez Rodiguez vs Vicente Veloz

Boxing Daily Report from the Puerto Rico National Finals 2042,  taking place on 11/04/2042 from Bayamon, Puerto Rico:

The Bayamon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ramirez Rodiguez (8 - 13) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Vicente Veloz(21 - 23(4)) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Veloz lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Veloz drives a left uppercut into Rodiguez's body.  Veloz clinches his opponent.  Veloz pushes his forearm into Rodiguez's face.  The referee warns Veloz and breaks the clinch.  
Rodiguez steps away from his opponent.  Veloz finds the target with a jab.  
Veloz advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Veloz lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Rodiguez attempts to land a left hook, but Veloz blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.

Veloz pivots to the side of his opponent.  Veloz lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Veloz holds on to his opponent.  Rodiguez uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Veloz behind the head. 
Veloz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rodiguez throws a left hook, but Veloz clinches his opponent.  Veloz is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Veloz's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Veloz steps inside.  Veloz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Rodiguez connects with a left uppercut.  Veloz ties up his opponent.  Veloz tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rodiguez's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Veloz.  
Veloz steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Veloz gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Veloz digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Veloz sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Veloz throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Veloz ties up his opponent.  Veloz uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Rodiguez behind the head. Veloz leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rodiguez connects with a solid right hook.  
Veloz lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Veloz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.
