Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 17/04/2042 from Toronto, Canada:

The Toronto venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yves Piat (25 - 10) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Mark Gall(8 - 12(1)) from Toronto, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Piat quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Piat sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gall throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gall tries to land a jab, but Piat blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Piat lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Piat steps inside.  Piat pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.

Gall advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Piat on the ropes.  Piat lands a firm left hook.  
Gall sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Gall lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  Gall tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Gall walks Piat down, trapping him in the corner.  Piat connects with a firm cross.  Piat throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Gall time to recover.  
Piat lands a spiteful jab.  
Piat hits home with an overhand right.  
Piat attempts to land a jab, but Gall slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Piat lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Piat lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Gall steps inside.  Piat throws a left uppercut, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Piat holds on to his opponent.  Gall leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Piat's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Gall manouvers Piat onto the ropes.  Gall throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Gall closes the distance.  Gall quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Gall pivots from in front of his opponent, but Piat connects with a left hook.  
Gall pivots to the side of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Gall feints a jab, tricking Piat into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Gall springs the trap, countering with  a solid cross.  
Gall lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Piat is on target with a right uppercut.  Piat throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Piat is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Piat contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Gall attempts to land an overhand right, but Piat sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Piat sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands an overhand left, jab and a cross to his opponents head.
