Boxing Daily Report from the South Africa National Finals 2042,  taking place on 29/04/2042 from Mamelodi, South Africa:

The Mamelodi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Siyabonga Meer (13 - 9(1)) who hails from Soshanguve, South Africa and Diallo Boateng(15(5) - 13) from Soshanguve, South Africa.  

Round 1: 

Boateng is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.

Meer tries to step out of his opponents range.  Meer quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Boateng connects with a cross.

Boateng gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, KNOCKING MEER DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Meer recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Boateng manouvers Meer onto the ropes.  Meer throws a right hook, but Boateng clinches his opponent.  Boateng leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Meer throws a left hook, but Boateng ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Boateng pushes his forearm into Meer's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Boateng to stop fouling.  
Boateng is on target with a firm left uppercut to Meer's ribs.  Boateng clinches his opponent.  Boateng leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Meer pushes his forearm into Boateng's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Meer is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Meer lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Meer hits home with a solid cross.  
Boateng advances into close range and digs in a left hook to Meer's liver.  
Meer connects with a right hook.  Boateng ties up his opponent.  Boateng throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Boateng uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Meer's kidney. 
Boateng manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Boateng digs in a left hook to Meer's body.  
Boateng drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Meer strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Boateng is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Meer's body.  
Boateng lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Meer steps to the outside.  Boateng senses Meer is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Boateng lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands two right uppercut's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Boateng is looking to close the distance.  Boateng lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND SENDS MEER SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Boateng!
