Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/05/2042 from Montreal, Canada:

The Montreal venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ian Hendrickson (35 - 31) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Chris Sillars(0 - 1) from Winnipeg, Canada.

Sillars closes the distance.  Sillars pivots to the left of his opponent, but Hendrickson is on target with a right hook.  
Hendrickson drives a solid left uppercut into Sillars's ribs.  
Hendrickson advances into close range.  Sillars lands a firm right hook.  Hendrickson holds on to his opponent.  Hendrickson leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Hendrickson's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Hendrickson lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Hendrickson closes the distance.  Hendrickson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.

Sillars is looking to close the distance.  Hendrickson drives a right hook into his opponents body.  Hendrickson ties up his opponent.  Sillars is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Hendrickson pushes his forearm into Sillars's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hendrickson about fouling.  
Hendrickson sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by  two overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Hendrickson connects with a sharp cross.

Hendrickson steps away from his opponent.  Sillars throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Sillars closes the distance.  Hendrickson lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Hendrickson clinches his opponent.  Hendrickson uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Sillars's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
