Can Thao vs Thanh Lam

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/06/2042 from Hanoi, Vietnam:

The Hanoi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Can Thao (8 - 8) who hails from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Thanh Lam(1 - 3) from Hanoi, Vietnam.  

Round 1: 

Lam gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Lam digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Thao tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right.  
Thao lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Thao lands a jab to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Lam steps inside.  Thao hits home with a solid left uppercut.  
Thao attempts to land a cross, but Lam slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Lam gets on the inside.  Lam sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a firm left hook.  
Lam hits home with a solid cross.  
Thao lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Lam is looking to close the distance.  Lam sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Thao switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Thao is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Lam connects with a right uppercut.  Lam throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Thao hits home with a left hook.  
Thao tries to keep the action at long range.  Thao throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Lam's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Lam's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Lam closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.
