Dillon Dow vs Ian Arther

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/06/2042 from Chicago, USA:

The Chicago venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dillon Dow (51(6) - 9) who hails from Chicago, USA and Ian Arther(0 - 1) from Sacremento, USA.  

Round 1: 

Dow closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Dow quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Arther throws a left hook, but Dow holds on to his opponent.  Dow uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Arther's kidney. 
Dow manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Dow pivots to the right of his opponent.  Arther throws a left uppercut, but Dow holds on to his opponent.  Dow pushes his forearm into Arther's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Dow lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Dow sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Dow throws a left uppercut, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Dow ties up his opponent.  Dow is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Dow about fouling.  
Dow cuts off the ring, trapping Arther on the ropes.  Dow lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Dow lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Dow is on target with a left hook to Arther's body.  
Arther throws a left hook, but Dow clinches his opponent.  Arther pushes his forearm into Dow's face.  The ref breaks Dow's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Dow advances into close range.  Arther tries to land a left hook, but Dow blocks the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Dow is on target with a firm right hook to Arther's body.  
Dow is looking to close the distance.  Arther throws a right hook, but Dow ties up his opponent.  Dow leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Arther lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Dow advances into close range and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Arther sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Dow connects with a cross.  
Arther tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.

Arther could be stopped here, if Dow can find the right shot!  Dow lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Dow lands a firm left hook.  
Dow walks Arther into a corner.  The right shot from Dow could be enough to force the stoppage!  Dow slams a spiteful left uppercut into his opponents body.  ARTHER IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Dow lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, KNOCKING ARTHER DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Arther is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Dow!
