Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/06/2042 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Leighton Kirk (13(2) - 4) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Paul Erwin(2 - 5) from Memphis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Kirk digs in a solid right hook to Erwin's body.  
Kirk manages to force Erwin into a corner.  Kirk connects with a solid right hook.  
Erwin connects with a left hook.  
Kirk steps inside.  Erwin is on target with a left hook.  
Erwin is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Kirk lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kirk hits home with a firm left hook.  
Kirk lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kirk gets on the inside and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Kirk lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Kirk pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Erwin lands a right hook.  
Erwin pivots from in front of his opponent, but Kirk lands a right hook, jab and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kirk is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Erwin's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Kirk walks Erwin down, trapping him in a corner.  Kirk is on target with a firm right hook.  
Kirk sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kirk hits home with a firm right hook.  
Kirk attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Erwin time to recover.  
Erwin is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Kirk lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Kirk closes the distance.  Erwin throws a left uppercut, but Kirk holds on to his opponent.  Kirk pushes his forearm into Erwin's face.  The ref breaks Kirk's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Erwin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kirk gets on the inside and lands a right hook.  Kirk holds on to his opponent.  Erwin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Kirk tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Erwin's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Erwin throws a left hook, but Kirk clinches his opponent.  Kirk is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Kirk pushes his forearm into Erwin's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kirk to stop fouling.
