The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cortez Machuca (40 - 10) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Diego Cantara(1 - 2) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Cantara is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Cantara's body.

Machuca lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Machuca lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Machuca closes the distance and hits home with a right hook.  
Machuca connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Cantara throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Machuca holds on to his opponent.  Machuca leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
