Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 21/07/2042 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Matt Steele (55 - 14) who hails from Jacksonville, USA and Mark Minjarez(0 - 1) from Henderson, USA.  

Round 1: 

Steele is looking to keep his distance and lands a spiteful jab.  
Steele lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Steele is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Steele feints a left hook, and then lands an overhand right, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.

Minjarez gets on the inside.  Steele lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Steele clinches his opponent.  Steele leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Steele pushes his forearm into Minjarez's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Steele to stop fouling.  
Minjarez quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Steele lands with a solid jab.

Minjarez steps inside.  Steele lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.
