Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 16/08/2042 from Sheffield, UK:

The Sheffield venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Atif Sasooli (20 - 5) who hails from Liverpool, UK and Dave Jones(3 - 8) from Middlesbrough, UK.  

Round 1: 

Sasooli lands with a solid jab.

Jones steps to the outside.  Jones quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Sasooli snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Sasooli steps away from his opponent.  Jones throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Jones throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sasooli lands with a spiteful jab.  
Sasooli is on target with a cross.  
Jones feints a cross, but Sasooli does not fall for it and responds with a right uppercut.  
Jones tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with an overhand right.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sasooli's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Jones attempts to land a cross, but Sasooli blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sasooli switches the action to the outside.  Jones is on target with a cross.  
Sasooli steps to the outside.  Sasooli quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Jones walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Jones sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Sasooli is on target with a cross.  
Sasooli is looking to keep his distance.  Sasooli feints a jab, tricking Jones into throwing a left uppercut counter.  Sasooli avoids the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
