Mallory Benichou vs John Buchan

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/09/2042 from Montreal, Canada:

The Montreal venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mallory Benichou (13(1) - 7(1)) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and John Buchan(6 - 11(3)) from Edmonton, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Benichou lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Benichou lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Buchan lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Benichou drives a jab into his opponents body.  Benichou throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.

Benichou tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.

Buchan closes the distance.  Benichou digs in a stinging left hook to Buchan's liver.

Benichou pivots to the side of his opponent.  Buchan throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
