Owen Harrow vs Dom Purves

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/09/2042 from Anchorage, USA:

The Anchorage venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Owen Harrow (41 - 4) who hails from Anchorage, USA and Dom Purves(4 - 18) from Philadelphia, USA.

Harrow is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Purves advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Purves connects with a left uppercut.  
Harrow is on target with a hard jab.  
Harrow lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Purves lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Harrow hits home with a cross.  
Purves closes the distance and forces Harrow to back into the ropes.  Purves lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Purves is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Harrow lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Purves steps inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Purves connects with a firm left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Harrow's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
