Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/10/2042 from Lodz, Poland:

The Lodz venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jan Borek (42(10) - 11) who hails from Lodz, Poland and Xaverius Resendez(12 - 18(2)) from Havana, Cuba.  

Round 1: 

Borek steps inside and is on target with a stinging left hook.

Resendez is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Resendez sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Borek lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Borek walks his opponent into the corner.  Borek lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Borek holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Resendez lands a left hook.  Borek clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Borek's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Borek steps inside and digs in a right hook to Resendez's body.  
Borek whips in a nasty right hook to Resendez's ribs.  RESENDEZ IS HURT!  Borek throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  Resendez almost instantly recovers. 
Borek lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND RESENDEZ IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  Resendez quickly recovers.

Borek steps inside and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  Borek ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Borek pushes his forearm into Resendez's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Borek to stop fouling.  
Borek steps inside.  Borek sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to Resendez's body.  
Borek lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, AND RESENDEZ IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Borek!
