Montego Cotto vs Luis Silveira

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/02/2043 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Montego Cotto (37 - 12) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Luis Silveira(1 - 9) from Porto Alegre, Brazil.

Silveira pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Cotto throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Silveira time to recover.  
Silveira tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Silveira gets on the inside.  Cotto drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Cotto steps to the outside and lands an overhand right.  Cotto attempts to land a jab, but Silveira parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Silveira attempts to land an overhand right, but Cotto sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Cotto feints a jab and triggers a right hook counter from Silveira.  Cotto is waiting for the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Cotto tries to step out of his opponents range.  Cotto lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Silveira throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Cotto switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to Silveira's body.  
Silveira hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Silveira lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
