Lew Kosik vs Maksymilian Kuter

Boxing Daily Report from the Lithuania National Finals 2043,  taking place on 14/04/2043 from Vilnius, Lithuania:

The Vilnius venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Lew Kosik (28 - 10) who hails from Vilnius, Lithuania and Maksymilian Kuter(15 - 13) from Vilnius, Lithuania.  

Round 1: 

Kosik stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Kuter finds the target with a jab.  
Kosik feints a jab, but Kuter is not fooled and lands with a stinging right hook.  
Kuter gets on the inside.  Kuter sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Kosik lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kuter advances into close range.  Kosik hits home with a solid right hook.  
Kosik sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kosik throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kuter steps inside and forces Kosik to back into the ropes.  Kosik attempts to land a left hook, but Kuter slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Kuter pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Kosik is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kuter lands a sharp overhand left.  
Kuter hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Kuter sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Kosik connects with a right uppercut.  
Kuter steps inside.  Kosik digs in a right hook to Kuter's ribs.  
Kosik tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land a cross, but Kuter slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kuter advances into close range.  Kosik connects with a left hook.  
Kosik is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Kuter closes the distance and forces Kosik to retreat onto the ropes.  Kosik lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kosik switches the action to the outside and lands a firm overhand right.  
Kosik lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Kuter waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Kosik connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Kosik lands a jab to the head, an overhand right to the head and a cross to the body.  
Kuter cuts off the ring, trapping Kosik on the ropes.  Kuter pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kuter throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kuter gets on the inside.  Kuter pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kosik is on target with a left uppercut to Kuter's body.  Kosik ties up his opponent.  Kosik leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kosik steps to the outside.  Kosik feints a jab, fooling Kuter into launching a right uppercut counter.  Kosik springs the trap, countering with  a left uppercut to Kuter's liver.

Kuter advances into close range.  Kosik lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Kosik switches the action to the outside.  Kosik feints a jab, and then is on target with a solid overhand left.  
Kosik lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kuter closes the distance.  Kuter pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kuter connects with a sharp left hook.  Kuter attempts to land a left hook, but Kosik sidesteps and counters with a mean right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE KUTER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kuter almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kosik switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Kosik attempts to land a jab, but Kuter slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Kuter gets on the inside.  Kuter sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kuter attempts to land a right hook, but Kosik slips the shot and counters with a hurtful left hook.  KUTER IS HURT!  Kuter recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kosik is looking to keep his distance.  Kosik sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands an overhand right, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Kuter is looking to close the distance.  Kuter pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kuter hits home with a solid left hook.  Kosik ties up his opponent.  Kuter is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kuter to stop fouling.  
Kosik steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Kosik quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kosik lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kosik feints a left, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Kuter steps inside and lands a sharp left hook.  
Kuter hits home with a right hook.  
Kuter forces Kosik to back into the ropes.  Kuter pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kuter attempts to land a left hook, but Kosik sidesteps and counters with a spiteful right hook.  KUTER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Kuter quickly recovers. 
Kuter is on target with a stinging cross.  
Kuter is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right uppercut, but Kosik sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Kosik tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kuter lands a solid cross to Kosik's body.  
Kuter steps inside.  Kosik throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Kosik clinches his opponent.  Kosik uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Kuter's kidney. The ref breaks Kosik's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kuter cuts off the ring, trapping Kosik on the ropes.  Kosik lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Kosik steps to the outside and lands a cross, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Kosik's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.
