Marik Zasada vs Miguel Modesto

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/04/2043 from Lima, Peru:

The Lima venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Marik Zasada (212(62) - 30) who hails from Poznan, Poland and Miguel Modesto(4 - 12(1)) from Lima, Peru.  

Round 1: 

Modesto tries to land a jab, but Zasada sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Zasada is looking to close the distance.  Modesto throws a left hook, but Zasada ties up his opponent.  Zasada is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Zasada's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Zasada senses Modesto is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Zasada lands a cross to the head, a right hook to the body and a cross to the head.  He then lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND KNOCKS MODESTO DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Modesto now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Modesto steps away from his opponent.  Zasada strikes his opponents body with a stinging cross.  Zasada tries to land a jab, but Modesto blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Zasada lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Zasada is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Modesto almost instantly gets his legs back.

Zasada is on target with a stinging right hook to Modesto's body.  
Zasada pivots to the left of his opponent and whips in a hurtful right hook to his opponents ribs.  MODESTO HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Zasada!
