Vidal Beltran vs Agapetus Dimapasoc

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/07/2043 from Havana, Cuba:

The Havana venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Vidal Beltran (50 - 6) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Agapetus Dimapasoc(2 - 7) from Manila, Philippines.  

Round 1:

Dimapasoc gets on the inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Dimapasoc digs in a left uppercut to Beltran's body.  Beltran holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Beltran pushes his forearm into Dimapasoc's face.  The ref breaks Beltran's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Dimapasoc steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Beltran lands a jab to the body followed by two straights to the head.  
Dimapasoc walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Dimapasoc drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Beltran lands a sharp jab.

Dimapasoc closes the distance.  Dimapasoc sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Dimapasoc throws a left hook, but Beltran clinches his opponent.  Beltran is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Dimapasoc walks Beltran onto the ropes.  Beltran lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  Beltran attempts to land a jab, but Dimapasoc slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Dimapasoc steps inside.  Beltran retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Dimapasoc tries to tag Beltran on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!
