Paul Lindsay vs Rob Brys

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/08/2043 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Paul Lindsay (65(8) - 15) who hails from Jacksonville, USA and Rob Brys(0 - 0) from St. Louis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Lindsay walks Brys into the corner.  Lindsay lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Lindsay holds on to his opponent.  Brys pushes his forearm into Lindsay's face.  The ref breaks Lindsay's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Lindsay sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lindsay digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents liver.  Lindsay clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Lindsay pushes his forearm into Brys's face.  The referee warns Lindsay and breaks the clinch.  
Lindsay lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Brys pivots to the left of his opponent.  Lindsay attempts to land a cross, but Brys slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lindsay is looking to close the distance and lands a firm right hook.  
Brys quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Brys finds the target with a jab.  
Lindsay lands a stinging left hook.  
Lindsay advances into close range and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Lindsay tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Brys steps to the outside.  Brys sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Lindsay is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Lindsay steps inside and walks Brys into a corner.  Lindsay lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Lindsay lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Lindsay sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lindsay is on target with a left uppercut to Brys's liver.  Lindsay holds on to his opponent.  Lindsay leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Lindsay attempts to land a right hook, but Brys blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Brys quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Lindsay hits home with a left uppercut.  
Lindsay advances into close range and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Lindsay advances into close range and lands a left hook.  Lindsay clinches his opponent.  Lindsay uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Brys behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Lindsay about fouling.  
Brys connects with a left hook.  Lindsay clinches his opponent.  Lindsay tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Brys's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Brys tries to step out of his opponents range.  Lindsay lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Brys sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lindsay gets on the inside.  Lindsay pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Lindsay lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Lindsay closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Lindsay advances into close range.  Brys throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Lindsay ties up his opponent.  Lindsay leans on his opponent using all his weight. Brys is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Brys and breaks the clinch.

Lindsay cuts off the ring, trapping Brys in a neutral corner.  Lindsay lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Lindsay lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Lindsay lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Brys almost instantly gets his legs back.
