Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/09/2043 from Kyoto, Japan:

The Kyoto venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Shinji Nakano (50(2) - 8) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Mitsuru Tao(2 - 0) from Sakai, Japan.  

Round 1:

Nakano closes the distance.  Nakano quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook.  
Nakano drives a solid left hook into his opponents liver.  
Nakano forces Tao to retreat into a corner.  Tao throws a left hook, but Nakano ties up his opponent.  Tao pushes his forearm into Nakano's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nakano is on target with a firm right hook.  Nakano clinches his opponent.  Tao tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Nakano's kidney. Nakano is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
