Ahmed Abed vs Roger Hercules

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 22/10/2043 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ahmed Abed (51 - 1) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Roger Hercules(5 - 9(1)) from Philadelphia, USA.  

Round 1: 

Abed gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Abed lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Abed steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Hercules is whaling away with hooks, but Abed keeps his defence tight.  
Hercules steps away from his opponent.  Abed is on target with a firm cross.  
Hercules quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Abed lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Abed is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Abed is on target with a jab.  
Abed steps inside and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Abed lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Hercules pivots to the right of his opponent, but Abed lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Abed lands a stinging right hook.  
Hercules digs in a left uppercut to Abed's body.  
Abed lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Hercules feints a cross, and then lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Abed closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Abed tries to land a jab, but Hercules slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Abed lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Hercules quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Abed throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Abed clinches his opponent.  Abed is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Abed lands a jab.  
Abed closes the distance and drives a firm right hook into Hercules's ribcage.  
Abed gets on the inside.  Hercules pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Abed's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
