Arran Kay vs Zach Paterson

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/11/2043 from Leeds, UK:

The Leeds venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Arran Kay (26 - 5) who hails from Leeds, UK and Zach Paterson(2 - 6) from London, UK.  

Round 1: 

Paterson lands a sharp cross.  
Kay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a sharp jab.  
Kay steps away from his opponent and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Kay steps to the outside.  Paterson hits home with a cross.  
Paterson pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kay throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.

Paterson is looking to keep his distance and connects with an overhand left.

Paterson steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.  Paterson attempts to land a jab, but Kay blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Paterson steps away from his opponent.  Kay feints a jab, fooling Paterson into launching a left hook counter.  Kay springs the trap and counters with  a solid left hook.  
Kay is looking to close the distance.  Paterson connects with a firm right uppercut.  
Kay closes the distance.  Paterson hits home with a left hook.
