Ryo Paul vs Nelson Ekah

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/12/2043 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ryo Paul (28 - 4) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Nelson Ekah(2 - 0) from Calabar, Nigeria.  

Round 1: 

Paul lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Paul is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Paul manouvers Ekah into the corner.  Paul lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Ekah steps to the outside.  Paul lands with a ramrod jab.  
Paul lands a firm cross.  
Paul gets on the inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Paul gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Ekah lands a solid jab.  
Paul pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Paul is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Paul closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Ekah switches the action to the outside.  Paul lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Paul steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Paul pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Paul steps inside and manouvers Ekah into the corner.  Paul lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Paul lands a sharp left hook.

Ekah pivots to the left of his opponent, but Paul snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Ekah forces Paul to back into the ropes.  Paul lands a jab.  
Paul is looking to close the distance and is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Paul manouvers Ekah onto the ropes.  Paul pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Paul tries to keep the action at long range and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Paul closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Paul advances into close range and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Ekah is on target with a cross.  
Paul gets on the inside and digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Paul sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Ekah digs in a left hook to Paul's liver.  
Paul closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Paul lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  He then lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Paul steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Ekah attempts to land a jab, but Paul slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Paul lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Paul hits the target with a solid jab.  
Paul switches the action to the outside and is on target with an overhand right.  
Paul finds the target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Ekah's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
