Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/02/2044 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alec Pugh (38 - 2) who hails from North Las Vegas, USA and Chris Beu(1 - 5(1)) from Philadelphia, USA.  

Round 1: 

Beu attempts to land a jab, but Pugh sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Pugh lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Pugh gets on the inside and lands a right hook.  
Pugh steps away from his opponent.  Pugh sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Pugh manouvers Beu onto the ropes.  Pugh lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Pugh ties up his opponent.  Pugh leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Beu digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  
Pugh hits home with a right uppercut.  
Pugh lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  Pugh clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Pugh pushes his forearm into Beu's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Beu is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Pugh holds on to his opponent.  Pugh pushes his forearm into Beu's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Pugh about fouling.
