The Newcastle venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.

Cook lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Cook ties up his opponent.  Newlands is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Newlands about fouling.

Cook advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head, DROPPING NEWLANDS TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  Cook clinches his opponent.  Cook is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Cook's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Newlands almost instantly gets his legs back.
