The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.

Kirk lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.

Kirk manages to force Lona into the corner.  Lona is on target with a left uppercut.  Kirk ties up his opponent.  Kirk leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Kirk throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Kirk holds on to his opponent.  Kirk is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Kirk and breaks the clinch.  
Kirk lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Lona stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Kirk connects with a cross.  
Kirk walks Lona into a neutral corner.  Kirk lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS LONA DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Kirk senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Kirk digs in a telling left hook to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES LONA!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Lona now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
