Ratib Chawki vs John Lona

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 22/03/2044 from Casablanca, Morocco:

The Casablanca venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ratib Chawki (11 - 5) who hails from Casablanca, Morocco and John Lona(1 - 8(1)) from Jacksonville, USA.  

Round 1: 

Lona forces Chawki to retreat onto the ropes.  Lona pivots from in front of his opponent, but Chawki lands a left hook to the head, a jab to the body and a cross to the head.  
Chawki steps away from his opponent.  Chawki sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Lona is on target with an overhand left.  
Chawki steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Lona tries to tag Chawki on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Lona lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Lona pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Lona finds the target with a jab.

Chawki connects with a stinging right hook.  
Lona closes the distance.  Chawki lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
Lona attempts to land a right hook, but Chawki blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Chawki lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Chawki finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Chawki steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.
