Ramos forces Grijalva to back into the ropes.  Grijalva throws a left hook, but Ramos holds on to his opponent.  Ramos is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ramos about fouling.  
Grijalva throws a right uppercut, but Ramos ties up his opponent.  Ramos is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ramos drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  
Ramos hits home with a stinging jab.  
Ramos forces Grijalva to back into the ropes.  Ramos pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Grijalva lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ramos closes the distance.  Ramos sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND SENDS GRIJALVA TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Grijalva cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Ramos!
