Roger Bittner vs Robert Rendall

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/05/2044 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Roger Bittner (12 - 8) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Robert Rendall(1 - 11) from New York City, USA.  

Round 1:

Rendall is looking to keep his distance.  Rendall sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Rendall finds the target with a jab.  Rendall attempts to land a jab, but Bittner dodges the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.

Rendall gets on the inside.  Rendall pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Bittner finds the target with a jab.  
Bittner lands a solid cross.  
Bittner steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Rendall throws a right hook, but Bittner holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Bittner pushes his forearm into Rendall's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Bittner.
