Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/09/2044 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fanuco Coro (72(16) - 14) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Daiki Domen(1 - 3) from Hiroshima, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Coro lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.

Domen walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Coro lands a solid left hook.  
Domen tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Coro tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross to the body, a cross to the head and an overhand left to the head.  
Coro lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Domen forces Coro to retreat onto the ropes.  Coro lands a jab.

Domen lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Domen walks Coro onto the ropes.  Domen sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Coro is on target with a solid right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Domen throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a hurtful left uppercut to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE DOMEN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Domen almost instantly recovers. 
Coro tries to keep the action at long range.  Domen lands a stiff jab.

Domen closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  Coro clinches his opponent.  Coro pushes his forearm into Domen's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Coro.
