The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Leonel Gomes (28(1) - 4) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Montego Urias(2 - 18(1)) from Mexico City, Mexico.

Gomes closes the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Urias slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Urias switches the action to the outside.  Urias feints a right hook, and then hits home with a cross.  
Gomes gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Gomes holds on to his opponent.  Gomes is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Gomes attempts to land a left hook, but Urias parries the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Urias lands a jab.  
Urias throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gomes is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Gomes clinches his opponent.  Gomes leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
