Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/01/2045 from Sheffield, UK:

The Sheffield venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Harry Ivers (16 - 8) who hails from Warrington, UK and Andy Roche(1 - 9(2)) from Wolverhampton, UK.  

Round 1: 

Roche hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Ivers lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Ivers advances into close range.  Ivers pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Roche drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
Ivers pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Ivers cuts off the ring, trapping Roche in a corner.  Ivers lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ivers ties up his opponent.  Ivers leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Roche throws a right hook, but Ivers clinches his opponent.  Roche tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ivers's kidney. Roche uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ivers behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ivers manages to force Roche into the blue corner.  Roche connects with a left uppercut.  
Ivers is on target with a left uppercut.  
Ivers digs in a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Ivers is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut.  
Ivers steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but misses the target.  Ivers holds on to his opponent.  Ivers throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Roche sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Ivers lands with a solid jab.  
Ivers cuts off the ring, trapping Roche on the ropes.  Ivers lands two right uppercut's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Ivers walks his opponent into the corner.  Roche throws a right uppercut, but Ivers ties up his opponent.  Ivers leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ivers uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Roche behind the head. 
Roche connects with a cross.  
Ivers lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Roche quickly recovers.
