Mark Penney vs Owen Doughty

Boxing Daily Report from the Bahamas National Finals 2021,  taking place on 14/03/2021 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Penney (7 - 1) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Owen Doughty(14 - 5) from Nassau, Bahamas.

Doughty pivots to the right of his opponent, but Penney connects with a right hook.  
Doughty gets on the inside.  Doughty pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Penney steps inside.  Penney is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Penney attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Doughty's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
