Boxing Daily Report from the Honduras National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/03/2021 from Tegucigalpa, Honduras:

The Tegucigalpa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jeraldo Taveras (5 - 16) who hails from Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Juan Cantara(17 - 5) from Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Cantara closes the distance.  Cantara retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Taveras connects with a left uppercut.  Taveras throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Taveras tries to keep the action at long range.  Cantara lands an overhand left.
