Gianfranco Secchia vs Savio Franceschi

Boxing Daily Report from the Italy National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/03/2021 from La Spezia, Italy:

The La Spezia venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gianfranco Secchia (11 - 4) who hails from Rome, Italy and Savio Franceschi(11(1) - 8) from Messina, Italy.  

Round 1: 

Secchia waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Franceschi throws an overhand left, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Franceschi pivots to the right of his opponent, but Secchia lands a left hook.
