Dave Montgomery vs Denton Morman

Boxing Daily Report from the Jamaica National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/03/2021 from Spanish Town, Jamaica:

The Spanish Town venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Montgomery (7(1) - 10) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Denton Morman(14 - 4) from Portmore, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Morman throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Morman walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Morman attempts to land a left hook, but Montgomery parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Morman's ribcage.
