Boxing Daily Report from the Morocco National Finals 2021,  taking place on 11/04/2021 from Settat, Morocco:

The Settat venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ayser Mabide (5 - 6(1)) who hails from Tangier, Morocco and Ziaul-Haq Basser(18 - 3) from Kenitra, Morocco.  

Round 1:

Mabide sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Basser is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Basser switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Mabide connects with an overhand right.  
Mabide is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but Basser blocks the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Basser advances into close range.  Mabide drives a right hook into Basser's ribcage.  
Basser tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Basser tries to keep the action at long range.  Mabide lands with a sharp jab.
