Diego Bosque vs Salvador Jacinto

Boxing Daily Report from the Puerto Rico National Finals 2021,  taking place on 11/04/2021 from Carolina, Puerto Rico:

The Carolina venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Diego Bosque (16 - 3) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Salvador Jacinto(6 - 8) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Bosque strikes his opponents body with a jab.

Bosque steps inside.  Jacinto pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Jacinto lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Bosque tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.
