Boxing Daily Report from the South Africa National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/04/2021 from Randburg, South Africa:

The Randburg venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Malcolm Kizika (9 - 7) who hails from Umlazi, South Africa and Rob Ndungu(18 - 2) from Umlazi, South Africa.  

Round 1: 

Kizika is looking to keep his distance.  Kizika sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a cross.

Kizika steps to the outside.  Ndungu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Ndungu closes the distance.  Ndungu pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Ndungu is on target with a firm left hook.  
Kizika steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Ndungu pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ndungu tries to land a right hook, but Kizika parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kizika tries to keep the action at long range.  Ndungu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Kizika lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.
