Cagatay Necipoglu vs Eren Arikan

Boxing Daily Report from the Turkey National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/04/2021 from Bursa, Turkey:

The Bursa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cagatay Necipoglu (16 - 5) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Eren Arikan(9 - 11) from Istanbul, Turkey.

Necipoglu walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Arikan drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Necipoglu switches the action to the outside.  Arikan attempts to land a cross, but Necipoglu dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Necipoglu throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Arikan time to recover.  
Arikan is looking to close the distance.  Arikan pivots to the side of his opponent.  Necipoglu throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Arikan's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Necipoglu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Arikan lands with a spiteful jab.
