Alastair Mitchell vs Rex Soulis

Boxing Daily Report from the USA National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/04/2021 from Anaheim, USA:

The Anaheim venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alastair Mitchell (18 - 4) who hails from Huntsville, USA and Rex Soulis(19 - 1) from Anchorage, USA.  

Round 1:

Soulis closes the distance.  Soulis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Soulis advances into close range and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Mitchell steps to the outside.  Soulis lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Soulis advances into close range and connects with a sharp right hook.  
Soulis steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Soulis steps away from his opponent.  Mitchell throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Soulis gets on the inside and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Soulis advances into close range.  Mitchell drives a left hook into Soulis's body.  
Soulis forces Mitchell to retreat onto the ropes.  Soulis tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Mitchell snaps his opponents head back with a sharp jab.
