Carlos Ferrera vs Fidel Galaz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Pichincha promoted show at Quito Leo, Quito,  taking place on 18/07/2025:

Clearly AI Ecuador-Pichincha have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Ferrera (6 - 2) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Fidel Galaz(3 - 6 - 2) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Ferrera and Galaz weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luis Mazariegos, and the three ringside judges are Alvino Casiano, Manuel Moralez and Luis Mazariegos.
