Alec Algeo vs Nathan Cotts

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alabama promoted show at Kris Jerden Gym, Huntsville,  taking place on 18/07/2025:

Clearly AI USA-Alabama have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Alabama Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Algeo (11(1) - 0) who hails from Mobile, USA and Nathan Cotts(4 - 3 - 2) from Tuscaloosa, USA.  Both Algeo and Cotts weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Hush, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Caffrey, Seth Pyper and Joey Glasson.  

Round 1: 

Algeo gets on the inside and is on target with a solid right hook to Cotts's body.
