Xayvion Sowah vs Tavon Addy

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Barnyard Theatre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 16/08/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xayvion Sowah (7 - 0) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Tavon Addy(4 - 1 - 4) from Randburg, South Africa.  Sowah weighed in at 126 pounds, while Addy weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Here Van Heerden, and the three ringside judges are Arali Kessels, Kyan Majola and Barry Khuzwayo.  

Round 1: 

Sowah lands a jab.
